COVID-19: DRIVING LESSONS

Driving lessons will be different due to Covid-19. The following changes have been made to ensure the safety and comfort of our students:

PPE

We follow industry best practice on PPE requirements on every lesson. Whilst we recommend that face coverings are worn by both student and instructor, this is not mandated by the government or the DVSA unless on a driving test. However, we strongly advise that students wear a face covering so they are used to it for when they sit their driving test. In the event that the student does not have a face covering we will provide one.

VEHICLE SANITISATION

We will prepare the car and wipe down the steering wheel and other controls before every lesson.

LEARNER AND INSTRUCTOR SAFETY

Every customer will be asked to declare that they are symptom-free prior to each driving lesson by their instructor.

BEFORE THE LESSON

Sadly, we will not be able to shake your hand at the beginning, or end, of the lesson as normal. We will greet you, maintaining a safe distance, and welcome you to the vehicle.

We are still happy to meet your parents and or family member before the lesson but again we will need to retain a safe distance and will not shake hands.
