How do I buy a gift voucher?+
You can buy instantly online using the 'Buy Online' button on each package — secure card payment via Stripe. Alternatively, call or WhatsApp us on 07510 067639. Either way, you'll receive a personalised gift voucher by email to print or share digitally.
Can the recipient choose their own lesson times?+
Absolutely. Once they receive the voucher, they contact us directly to arrange lessons at times that suit them across Anglesey, Bangor, Caernarfon or Holyhead.
Do the vouchers expire?+
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend booking lessons promptly to get the most from your gift.
What if the recipient already has some lessons booked?+
No problem — voucher hours simply add to their existing lesson plan. We'll note the credit on their account.
Can I buy a voucher for any amount?+
Yes. If one of our standard packages doesn't quite fit, call us and we can create a custom amount voucher to suit your budget.
