Questions
Gift Voucher FAQs
How do I buy a gift voucher?+
You can buy instantly online using the 'Buy Online' button on each package — secure card payment via Stripe. Alternatively, call or WhatsApp us on 07510 067639. Either way, you'll receive a personalised gift voucher by email to print or share digitally.
Can the recipient choose their own lesson times?+
Absolutely. After receiving the voucher, the pupil contacts us directly to arrange a suitable lesson location and time, subject to availability, across Anglesey, Bangor, Caernarfon or Holyhead.
What if we can't agree on a lesson time or location?+
No problem — if a suitable date and location cannot be agreed, a full refund of the voucher can be requested. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Do the vouchers expire?+
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We recommend booking lessons promptly to get the most from your gift.
What if the recipient already has some lessons booked?+
No problem — voucher hours simply add to their existing lesson plan. We'll note the credit on their account.
Can I buy a voucher for any amount?+
Yes! Choose the 'Your Amount' option and pay any value from £25 to £2,000 online. The recipient simply puts it towards lessons as lesson credit.
Can I personalise the voucher for a birthday?+
Absolutely. At checkout you choose the occasion — Birthday, Christmas, Congratulations or Just Because — and add the recipient's name, your name and a personal message. We print these on the voucher before emailing it to you.
