Pass Your Test
In Days, Not Months
Intensive driving courses with DMJ Driver Training — tailored, structured and delivered by DVSA-approved instructors across Anglesey and North Wales.
What to Expect
What Is an Intensive Course?
An intensive driving course packs your lessons into consecutive days rather than weekly sessions. Instead of one or two hours a week for several months, you drive for 3–4 hours every day over 5 or 10 days.
The result? You progress faster, retain more between lessons, and arrive at your test date with peak confidence. It's ideal for people who need their licence quickly — new job, relocation, or just ready to get on with it.
Every intensive course with DMJ is fully bespoke. We assess your ability first, design a programme around your goals, and ensure you're genuinely test-ready — not just rushed through.
Pass Faster
Condense months of learning into days. Intensive courses are ideal if you need your licence quickly for work or travel.
Consistent Learning
Daily lessons mean lessons build on each other while everything is fresh — no forgetting between weekly sessions.
Same Instructor
You'll always drive with Dafydd or Maciej. No switching — just a consistent, trusted relationship throughout.
Flexible Schedule
We'll design your course around your availability — mornings, afternoons, or split across days to suit you.

FAQ
Common Questions
Do I need to book my driving test before starting?+
We recommend having a test date in mind before booking an intensive course so we can time the course to peak with your test. We can advise on availability at Bangor Test Centre.
Do I need any previous experience?+
Not necessarily. A 10-day course suits complete beginners. If you have some experience or previous lessons, a 5-day course may be enough. We'll advise after an initial assessment.
How many hours per day will I drive?+
Typically 3–4 hours per day, split into morning and afternoon sessions with a break. This keeps the learning effective without fatigue.
What areas do you cover for intensive courses?+
We cover Anglesey, Bangor, Caernarfon and Holyhead. Tests are taken at Bangor Test Centre — all intensive courses include full preparation on the test routes.
How much does an intensive course cost?+
Pricing depends on the number of hours required and your starting ability. Contact us for a no-obligation chat and personalised quote.
